I have now figured out that the problem seems to occur only when the file is running on my remote network drive (shall be used for our intranet). In the Internet preferences of IE, you can enable the execution of active elements on your local drive. This avoids the problems with saving changes if the TiddlyWiki file is run on the local drive. However, this seems not to apply for remote network drives. Does anyone have an idea how to enable this?
