Ok, the proper invocation, after wrapping the bulleted items in a
class, is:
<script>
jQuery(".myclass").find("ul").dragsort();
</script>
It was suggested that you could also use a tickler id (#). But I don't
know how you specify an #id for a tiddler.
After making these changes, I could open tiddlers from the timeline
menu.
