Yeah, Martin's Wiki has been down for a while. However, all his plugins
should be in Subversion:
http://svn.tiddlywiki.org/Trunk/contributors/MartinBudden/
(copy the contents of the respective .js file into a tiddler tagged with
"systemConfig")
