My wife's copy of TiddlyFolio (http://tiddlyfolio.tiddlyspot.com) had all kinds of problems with Firefox after the 3.5.1 upgrade.
In the course of looking at it I found that it was opening a one pixel beacon on TiddlySpot and signalling to Googleanalytics.com also -- code for both of which was added at TiddlySpot without my having noticed before. Excising these with Editpad Lite didn't solve the problem, nor did a clean install of Firefox. She was able to get by with IE8 though the embedded graphics still don't display the wiki functions.
