Thanks a lot for the Ubuntu One and Lastpass suggestion. I have checked them out and will try them. I already have signed up for Ubuntu One and received their invitation but my ubuntu is 8.04 and I have to either upgrade or clean-install to 9.04. I have the 9.04 CD ready and shall do it maybe this weekend.
