One: This seems like it should be simple, but obviously I'm doing
something wrong.
Context: The MainMenu tiddler is attached to the mainMenu 'div' in the
template. As my 'faq/writing/manuals' theme comes up, I decided to
throw away a Table of Contents theme in favor of tagging the 'root'
tags of the manual in question as 'MainMenu', put a list macro there,
and autogenerate a menu. Then I got slightly smarter and replaced that
with <<TagglyTagging>>.
First of all - minor bug in TagglyTagging, it doesn't recognize being
in a shadowtiddler as a tiddler (I can see why), but <<tagglytagging
MainMenu>> works so *pffft*. But I would like to be able to use the
sitemap feature of it without actually creating a MainMenu tiddler,
and I haven't figured out how to set this without actually editing/
creating the MainMenu and setting it to sitemap. Notable, almost none
of the other features (Sliders, et al) seem to work in the sidebar -
I'm not sure I care (Just want sitemap), but worth noting.
Two: Related (Obviously) - how do you get the mainMain *bar* to
autosize itself to the titles of items listed there?
Three: Is there anyway to get the system to consider the username
('modifier') field as a tag, for purposes of tagglytagging and lists?
Right now to link stuff that way requires copying the modifier name
over to the tags so people know who did what. Since that's just one
more thing to be done manually, I'd like to automate it if possible.
If it can be done separately from the regular tags, I can see
advantages and disadvantages to that as well.
Four: I've forgotten Four. Since I posted 'two' in the subject line,
this is probably okay. pfft
