Maybe this is a dumb question as it could be that tiddlywiki has this inherently avilable already; but is there an optimal setup or group of plug-ins that would get tiddlywiki functioning like a searchable knowledge base? I have been looking for a good program for this purpose for a while and started looking at ALEX pkb from sourceforge just today (http://sourceforge.net/projects/pkb/). But I am really taken by the ease tiddlywiki can be edited and customized (or so I've read, not so much tried yet).
