I've made a start on such a project with this plugin: http://marksbasement.tiddlyspot.com/index.html#webRenderPlugin
It allows you to specify RSS fields and formatting for the output. Unfortunately, you can't view the result of the sample: http://marksbasement.tiddlyspot.com/index.html#webRenderTest online due to your browser's security mechanisms. You have to download the TW or install the plugins yourself on your local machine. Adding a parameter to limit the number of items is on my mental list for the next upgrade. I just sort of suspected that someone else might already have a complete RSS app, and no sense re-inventing the wheel. ;-) HTH Mark On Aug 12, 2:45 pm, eirich <[email protected]> wrote: > In DokuWiki one has the ability to display RSS feeds with the > following syntax: > > {{rss>http://slashdot.org/index.rss5 author date 1h }} > > I've seen this used to display a configurable number of items from a > feed within a table.
