Even if it's unfinished, you could place it in a dropbox account and
much easier to have a look at it:

Otherwise one would have to create a Html file with an Iframe of a
TiddlyWiki to reproduce your error - and than find a workaround. With
no guarantee your error would actually recreate. Since everyone
answers questions in his free time here - ask yourself - who would
have that much time with the very small likelihood of finding the
answer to __your__ html with Iframe?. Without the file actually giving
the problem - one can only guess for an error which hasn't been
encountered yet.
