I'm afraid it's not that simple.
For one thing, synchronization is a Hard Problem.
More importantly, Tiddlyspot works on a per-document basis. For your 
purposes, you need tiddler-level granularity - that essentially means 
setting up your own server-side (which generally isn't very hard):

Personally, I'm partial to TiddlyWeb.

Actually, the TiddlyHome service (also listed above) might use the 
UploadTiddlerPlugin, and thus offer tiddler-level granularity.
I'm not sure it supports edit-conflict detection though.
