Update:  I've learned that Youtube has videos in Standard Definition,
High Quality (HQ) and High Definition (HD).

It is possible to embed the HD version of a video using the &hd=1 like
so:

  http://www.youtube.com/v/eWL5-CSLV-Q&hl=en&fs=1&rel=0&hd=1

But there is no setting for HQ.  I will have to manually click the HQ
button.

If anyone has anything else to report, that'd be great.
