In most cases, all that's necessary is to make sure the plugin is  
tagged with "systemConfig." For some plugins it may also be necessary  
to add some simple code to a template. Usually the documentation in  
the plugin itself will explain what needs to be done. Sometimes the  
documentation will be in a companion "Info" tiddler.

Not infrequently even relatively savvy users need some hand-holding in  
addition. One of the greatest things about TiddlyWiki -- other than  
TiddlyWiki itself -- is that there is plenty of that here. In addition  
to being extremely creative, this is an extremely generous community.  
Do not be afraid to ask.
