Well, this will work, though funnily and I'm not sure that what you
say you want to do is what you really want to do:

So, for instance, if you launch this in tiddler "MyTest" and if
tiddler "MyTestfiletree" exists and if "MyTestfiletree" is used as a
root tag, it will begin to build that treeview, though maybe with one
extra repetition of "MyTestfiletree" at the start.
But I can't think why anyone would want to do this, so I'm probably
misunderstanding what you really want.
