Hi Eric and Wolfgang

I know my problem is somewhat "backwards" - the problem is that I have
to create tags on existing tiddlers, which group them in a way that I
had no chance to foresee when I made the tiddlers at first.

I get many lists of new groupings of different students, which I have
to tag - 165 students and 23 teachers in all sorts of different
combinations.
If I made the lists myself in the first place - it would be no problem
- because I have made all studentcards/tiddlers and grouped them in
different ways already.

It's much to slow to ctrl-click through nearly 800 tiddlers for each
new list of tiddlernames/students which I must tag with the title of a
course.... I have around 75 lists/NewTags to add to each individual
student..

Therefore I would be very happy if it was possible to automate tagging
a list of tiddlers -

Another specific use is for a contactsheetgenerator I've made - It's
fine to find each student and tag them, if you are only making a few
contactsheets - but if you have to deliver all kinds of different
contactsheets from lists - then it would make everything happen in
seconds - instead of hours....
