I've downloaded the last two versions of TiddlyWiki (2.5.2 and 2.5.3). I found that I got an error when I tried to save either version saying:
"It's not possible to save changes. Possible reasons include: ..." To fix this I had to manually edit the empty.html file with NotePad and add a title. The tags are there but it are blank (i.e. "<title> </ title>"). After this, it would replace whatever I put in there with "SiteTitle - SiteSubTitle" and everything would work normally. I would suggest putting anything in there to resolve this issue. I am using IE7 on Vista.
