Hi Tobbe.. there are different ways to place the sidebar macros into the header area. The easiest is to place <<tiddler SideBarOptions>> into the SiteSubtitle shadowed tiddler.
Other options, like creating an extra TopMenu right below the regular header, or at any other specific place within the header, also need adjustments to the PageTemplate and StyleSheet shadowed tiddlers.
