Although only far related to my question, seeing the almost daily advance in the development of GridPlugin - making the inline editing of wikified output just by clicking into the areas of slices, custom fields (text area, title, tags, modifier, modified ..everything!) and sections possible. Wouldn't it be a real further improvement if a popup command would open a plain grid with all edit options listed above for a given tiddler?
Don't think this wouldn't add much more overhead, but make quick adjustments to tags, sections, fields possible all in one.. for which one otherwise has to use, for example: TaggerPlugin, FieldsEditorPlugin, EditSectionPlugin.
