That line is generated by macros in the ViewTemplate.
In a standard TW file, the ViewTemplate is a Shadow tiddler.
In MPTW, the ViewTemplate is defined in the theme tiddler.
So, for example, if you're using MPTWTheme, edit that tiddler and
delete the line that says something like:
(updated <span macro='view modified date {{config.mptwDateFormat?
config.mptwDateFormat:"MM/0DD/YY"}}'></span>
by <span macro='view modifier link'></span>)
(Sometimes it's easiest to find things like this by using View Page
Source in your browser and searching for a word like "updated")
