As far as I know, nobody has looked into this yet.

This would probably best be handled through the sync/adaptor framework. 
Since CouchDB offers a RESTful API, it might be reasonably easy to build 
upon the TiddlyWebAdaptor:
http://svn.tiddlywiki.org/Trunk/association/adaptors/TiddlyWebAdaptor.js
This might also be of use:
http://svn.tiddlywiki.org/Trunk/association/adaptors/SampleAdaptor.js
(Implementation details are better discussed on the developers' group.)

I'm hoping that we at some point there will be a CouchDB store for 
TiddlyWeb (http://tiddlyweb.com), but I haven't gotten around to that 
yet (beyond playing with Desktop Couch).
