I am not having a problem with Chrome. I don't use the "enable-file- cookies" option, but I do keep the TiddlySaver.jar file in the same folder. I just at my other Chrome options and I don't see anything special. Can you download a fresh vanilla tiddlywiki and save changes to it with Chrome?
