I was hoping that TiddlyPy would allow such things to be built easily.
However, I didn't have a strong use case myself, so I just made sure it
did what it needed to (Saq's using it in TiddlyHub's aggregator).
Having said that, it might not take much to get TiddlyPy to that stage
where it's a comprehensive API to tiddlers and TiddlyWiki documents...
