I'm sorry for being so consistently unhelpful. The "it" is the tiddlywiki. I downloaded an empty tiddlywiki of the lastest verion and importede the SearchOptionsPlugin and the SearchOptionsPlugininfo tiddler. So it (ie the tiddlywiki) is completely blank other than those two tiddlers and the standard tiddlers.
