You got my question right. I am using a browser add-on 
<https://addons.mozilla.org/de/firefox/addon/export-tabs-urls-and-titles/> 
that formats links for my purposes, e.g. for linking this post in a tiddler 
I get:

But even the highlighting was not yet clear to me, saving me time. 👍
