I think it is.

Bio-bit: when I went to school I was part of a social experiment in UK on
what was called "Modern Maths". It died. And I still can't do long division
in my mind as they overlooked it. But you were taught young how to count in
any base.

Consequently I can think in bases easily, and topology is a doddle for me.

I often thought about trying to create a wiki concerned with variant
cultural counting systems.
My issue is I can't easily find a way to convert my knowledge so you could
have, say, a "base-17" calculator in TW.

I think it could be interesting!

Best wishes
