I think I ran into this problem myself about a week ago and it was a humdinger that I solved with two macros and a complete re-write of my form. Essentially I tried to use a foreach to generate a list of tagged objects to use as contents of a dropdown selection. My problem was mostly because of the html tags I had to wrap my form in.
Can you give more details and/or code?
