Jonas, Thanks for that. You seem to have hit the nail on the head in respect of why some items are in bold.
As for 'unfiled', I can see how unfiled may help when deleting associated items but I am still puzzled why unfiled is added when creating a new action from within a project but not added outside a project. Not a huge issue now I know about it.
