@James, it depends on what your system allows you to do. The simplest 
solution for someone who doesn't run his own server or something equivalent 
is probably to *iframe* a contact form from some external service. This 
basically means a tiddler with a "window" showing content from elsewhere, 
for example a Google Form. It is simple to set up but it is not simple to 
get it to look professional if you don't have full control over that 
external service layout, but maybe it is enough. I use this idea on 
http://tiddlywiki5.tiddlyspot.com/ - the form (which is *not *a google 
form) is inside an iframe. I made it appear integrated... but once you've 
actually filled in the form and clicked the send button it is clear that it 
is another site that I cannot control.
