Hi Alex As far as I can observe, this has nothing to do with naming of tiddlers. It's not even a problem in Rating-Macro but rather in how Tiddlersbar is hiding tiddlers from display, and them not receiving the refresh events on updates. I have found that to be an issue with it as well... and added in one of my tiddlywikis a refresh to the tiddler every time I click on a tab... though honestly, that's not what I want! However doing so may cause problems if the tiddler was in edit mode... then TiddlersBar might not be able to access it as it can't refresh a tiddler in edit mode.
Right now I am lacking the knowledge of how to get around this. Anyone has a clue?
