Hi Steve, I think you should get tiddlyclip from https://github.com/buggyj/tiddlyclip scroll down and read the explanation and get tiddlyclip-0.1.2-an.fx.xpi
That works for me in Firefox 70.01. (I am not using Windows 10, but this is a Firefox question).
