One simple way is to create a tiddler (any name), tagged with
$:/tags/AboveStory and containing:
{{$:/core/ui/SideBarSegments/search}}
For other solutions check Dave's toolmap (I remember a very nice overlaying
solution by Thomas Elmiger) .
