Maddog, Sorry I am not familiar with your rpg but what does each Room 1 tiddler represent?, Sounds like you should be tagging each with "Room 1" not using it as the title.
If you can't make use of the title to store meaningful information, while tagging it "Room 1", creating a new tiddler with the same name (Eg use clone) should result in Room 1 N where N is blank, 1, 2 etc... so N will indicate the order of creation which may itself be useful information (Although the created date also contains this) Lets say each room 1 tiddler was something you found or learned in "Room 1" why not use that as the title, titles can be short sentences with additional information only in the text field. Or you could have "Observation Tiddler N" tagged "Room 1". If using tags for rooms needs too many tags we can discuss other methods.
