Dear Tiddlipudlians- Let us say I have a simple text file consisting of a single column of Tags which I extracted from my prior (and ... likely to be obsoleted by TW5) PIM.
Is there a way to correctly format and then Import these Tags into "capsules" which will be assignable to future Tiddlers? OR must I add them manually only upon creation of a Tiddler requiring said Tag? Trying to avoid reinvention of wheels where possible.
