PWL,
Use the following to create a tag pill for the items on the sidebar
<<tag $:/tags/SideBarSegment>>
Using the drop down you will see one item in the sidebar is $:/c
ore/ui/SideBarSegments/search
Perhaps all you want is to include that in your tiddler with
{{$:/core/ui/SideBarSegments/search}}
Is that what you are after?
