If you visit tiddlywiki.com the right sidebar "Contents" tab contains the core toc-macro <https://tiddlywiki.com/#Table-of-Contents%20Macros:%5B%5BTable-of-Contents%20Macros%5D%5D%20%5B%5BTable-of-Contents%20Macros%20(Examples)%5D%5D>.
