Absolutely right. But "snapshot" IS useful in that you can retain basic stuff like links. The problem with screenshots is they are dead, they don't retain any dynamism. I really like the FF extension "Single File <https://github.com/gildas-lormeau/SingleFile>". It can take an HTML/CSS snapshot of TW (Just Tiddlers that are open) as a single webpage and retain its links but discard everything else. Comes in at under a Mb per shot.
