RECIPE --------------- 
 129 Fresh Sticklebacks (gutted) 
   2 Cloves of garlic 
   1 Cup of peas 
 1/2 Cup of rice 

  Using a mallet, mush Sticklebacks & garlic to pulp. 
  Place in pan with rice & peas. 
  Add 3 cups water. 
  Boil 33 mins, stirring occasionally.

  Think nicely.
