Another approach is installing Termux and hosting the wiki on node from your phone. The phone becomes the source of truth and you enable access from your PC on the LAN when home so no sync needed.
There are some google drive and dropbox possibilities and any server hosted wiki on the internet such as using tw-receiver that enables saving can also work for you if you always have data.
