It would make sense to me ;-) . It wouldn't hurt to ask.

I think that the data dictionary wasn't really meant as the go-to data 
solution in TW. It's better to think in terms of list widgets, filters, and 
tiddlers. Most of the available tools centre around those features. Albeit, 
that sometimes means your data isn't very compact.
