Mohammad, Have you considered the export facility available in advanced search? In this filter tab you can actually place multiple space separated filters until you have the list your require and hit the export button?
But back to your original question, perhaps adding tiddlers to a list field or data tiddler and exporting the tiddlers named there is the best way to construct this. Perhaps using a temporary tag to select, but then capture the list field on the tag tiddler (After a drag) and use the titles in the list field as the filter for exporting.
