Tony! One feature is missing is when you open an entry from toc list from sidebar it is good to have it highlighted! I know Eric Shulman has developed some powerful toc macro in his http://tiddlytools.com/InsideTW/ And those macro supports this! It seems when a tiddler in the toc is under focus its title in the toc list highlighted.
