That error code 0 usually means that there was a connection problem trying to 
reach the server. I sometimes see it when a computer has gone to sleep when the 
page is the active browser tab.

There are some upcoming changes to the client-server configuration which 
includes trapping connection errors and automatically removing them when the 
connection is restored.
