Sure, as you note in the subtitle for each tiddler there's a "last modified
date" which is actually just data in a field, albeit hidden, named
"modified". So if you do {{!!modified}} you've got it. If you want the date
presented in some specific format, use the
https://tiddlywiki.com/#ViewWidget and https://tiddlywiki.com/#DateFormat
