Hi Mario,
 Few comments:
- save and reload should remove GettingStarted or show a Home tiddler
- OR a button can be used to deleted the GettingStarted after he done

Another approach is to have this in doenload tiddler (empty) on 
tiddlywiki.com and user customize his/her empty TW
