That's interesting. I did a clean install directly from nodejs.org 
selecting v13.9.0 Current, not the LTS version. Now that I read the 
tiddlywiki.com site installation instructions for node.js more carefully, I 
see the example version given for tiddlywiki --version is 5.1.21. 

On a windows machine, how can I get a more recent version of tiddlywiki?
