I'm not quite sure what you are asking.

I'll stick with the thread title.

TW is pretty boring for image editing/creation. To be expected. It is not 
Photoshop.

It is perfectly serviceable on touchscreen and systems with graphic pens so 
long as you zoom the edit area as big as possible.

But I suspect this is not what you want to talk about?
