I played around with it.
One comment: One other ADVANTAGE of ".tw" would be for tools like Polly
that work restoring wiki from the download dir.
A major PITA is that the "download" directory, when you have no saver, can
become a swamp of files.
Having TWs as type ".tw" would reduce ambiguity a lot.
