Thanks, Tobias. The items in question show up in the tag list. They do no show up in the sidebar list. All of the items are tags. All tag packages related to the TWT theme, in my case TWT-Blackicity. In case it's relelvlant, the tags are 'attachment', 'QuickEditPackage', 'Treeview', and 'TreeviewPackage'. Again, these show up in the tag list, but not in the sidebar list.
