Well, kinda usable straight away: It is designed to tabify for each identified "linebreak+headline" which means that if the *very *first thing in the tiddler is a headline (and no preceding linebreak) then that first instance will not be tabified properly. Of course, it is just a matter of inserting a linebreak before it.
