1) Very good point for external links! The rule I had was no hover for external, and hover preview for internal, but maybe it's confusing.
2) I still have lots of work to do on the iFrames, I actually want them to open in the right-hand side of the page. In the mean time I'm going to work on having more text fit in the tooltip. 3) Yes, totally doable. 4) Tutorial coming! You don't even need to learn Node, it's just a bit of command line stuff and very easy. 5) Yes that would make it easier to navigate.
