It's currently not working for anyone on Windows as far as I know. See this

Part of the issue is Jed, the developer, doesn't regularly use Windows and 
none of us Windows users get any feedback when Bob exits. So he has nothing 
yet to work with.

IMO, probably easiest for now to use an earlier release. It is good. Its 
fine IMO if Windows users have to skip a version.
